Booking policy:

PLEASE NOTE: Rates are subject to change without notice and do not include travel expenses where applicable.However, you will be locked into the current prices for that session at the time of booking. 


Your session fee includes 1 photography session, basic retouching of the selected images of your choice, hosting of the gallery on my website for up to 90 days, and digital download of high resolution images with print release for your use. Basic retouching includes light blemish/scratch and stray hair removal, teeth whitening, softening of under eye area where necessary.

Deposit: Deposit/retainers are 100% non-refundable and holds the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session upon the photographers approval. All remaining balances are due at the time of the session.Deposits must be paid during booking and will go towards session. Deposit will be forfeited if cancelled appointment is not rescheduled within 48 hours of cancellation.

Booking: Appointments can only be booked via the link above. Please no bookings via social media or email.

Remaining payments: Remaining balance must be paid the day of session. Payments can be made via cash, card, or zelle (info@perfectcapturephotos.com) only.

Reschedule: If your date needs to be changed once you have booked your session, you have one reschedule allowed. Appointments can be reschedule via your email confirmation, click  "Change/Cancel Appointment". Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled within a 48 hrs to avoid cancellation fee. If a clients needs to reschedule less than 24 hrs before their session date, they will be charged a $25 reschedule fee prior to booking a new date.

Can I purchase more photos?: Yes, each additional edited photo is $15. An invoice for the total amount for additional photos will be emailed over to you and editing will begin once invoice is paid. Once selection is chosen, additional edits can not be purchased. The full unedited gallery is available for purchase as well for $50 up until edits are emailed. 

Unedited Gallery Policy(sold in jpeg format only): This add on is an optional purchase. This can be purchased during the booking process or after your session (Up until edits are delivered via email). The gallery is sold as is and may/may not include things such as blemishes, unwanted items, frizzy hairs, dirty background, un-cropped, etc. These photos can be posted online and/or printed if purchased.

 Late policy: Any client that is late for their session will have the amount of lateness deducted from their session time, which may result in fewer images in their gallery. If fewer images are provided due to the clients lateness, the client will still be required to pay the full price for the session. If any client is 15 minutes late without any communication, your appointment will be automatically canceled. 

Image Policy: Image proofs are returned to the client 48 hours from when they are taken. Image proofs are watermarked, while retouched images are not. Images take approximately 7 business days from when the client selects images to be retouched. If a client would like the unedited images (jpg file format) without a watermark a release fee of $50 is required.

Photographer will keep your images on file for 21 days in case you’d like to purchase the gallery and/or need time to select your images.  After 21 days, if selection is not chosen then photographer will release watermark and you’ll be granted the full gallery (if not paid for prior) & the edits will be forfeited. No exceptions. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND OF THE EDITED PHOTO TIMING SO YOU CAN BOOK ACCORDINGLY. PHOTOGRAPHER WILL NOT RUSH EDITS UNLESS THE RUSH FEE IS PAID. IF NOT, EDITS ARE DELIVERED WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SELECTION “RECEIVED. SELECTION IS REQUIRED WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS, IF DELAYS OCCURS THERE MAY BE DELAYS IN EDITING TIME AS WELL. NO EXCEPTIONS

Props: Most props are included certain packages, however you are more than welcomed to bring your own props for both package deals. Props excluded: balloons, throne chairs, cakes, etc. Please contact the photographer via email, text, or social media with your vision and they can advise exactly what would be included.

What happens if I am not able to make my appointment?(Cancelation policy): An appointment can be rescheduled within 24 hrs of the session date via clients confirmation email, if a client requests to cancel on short notice such as the day of the session, there is a $100  or $50  cancelation fee (depending on the package booked) that will be automatically charged via the card that was used to pay the booking deposit. If a client does a no call/no show, the card on file will be charged either a  $100 or $50 no show fee depending on the package booked. If the card on file does not go thru for the cancelation fee, the client will be sent an invoice and will be banned from making future appointments until that fee is paid. Session can be paid in full however they are non-refundable & those sessions can only be rescheduled. If appointment is missed, you will still be charged a cancellation fee & this will be deducted from the payment made. The remaining will act as a credit & can be used within 6 months. Credit is non refundable.
